Even though it's not my area of expertise, I'm sure cost had everything to do with why Carbon Steel was chosen over Stainless.
Once the plant was up and running at full capacity, they stood to make a fortune.

Got an email to interview at Momentive on the 15th. What can you tell me about the "group exercise" should I get to that final stage? Thanks!

Ugh... I think the interview will be 3 group star interview. One group with Hr, and two groups with Ops super and operators.
The group excersise last time was a crashed plane in Alaska and your group had to prioritize items on a list and everybody is evaluated and you evaluate your peers.
