i think the only safe ones are the guys that spent a really small amount. calling it a joke with friends and charging $1k probably won't fly.

tldr edit - the distribution of that list plays into the possession of stolen property in Louisiana.

Up to ten years. When you see an attorny's name on the list, you don't make that list public.

Yep, if you steal someone's credick card you'd use their name and address so the charge goes through. Especially since this isn't a tangible good so the thief wouldn't need to use that address for anything else.

Anyone who used a real name, real address, known email address, and real photo is so stupid they should be banned for life from reproducing.

That might actually work if you had only spent $100 or so. Not likely to work if you had spent several hundred or more.
