I believe they had just came up with LHC3 and they have been having issues starting up.

Yeah that was the night before Isaac. We drove those two seconds down river road and there were a ton of people out there.

It's all up to the facility. Some chem plants, like BASF Geismar, require escape respirators. Others don't.

That's the sheriff, I'm not sure how accurate his information is. He sounds like he's driving or otherwise distracted. Pressing buttons on his phone and shite.
