What's with all the down votes for saying he is not a billionaire? He's not. Maybe in the future but he's got a ways to go. Sean combs is worth more than Dre. Look it up.

Why wasn't the a-hole that called in the false report jailed? His irresponsible act could've caused an innocent person to be injured or worse. I have no problem locking someone like him up for years. If you call in a person with a gun and it's determined to be false I think mandatory five years is more than fair.
