At night/evening since I work healthcare and people are nasty. Sometimes mornings too if I workout.

Most office workers use the office bathroom at least once and come into contact with multiple people on a daily basis. People are disgusting. I will never get into my bed at night without a shower. Never.

Both. Gross nasty germs from being outside and touching stuff. Not bringing that to bed. Even just walking outside makes you smell like outside. I sleep clean.

Morning, unless I'm dirty at night, then both. Like to bathe after a good shite. Walking around with just having wiped with paper isn't sanitary.
