Dude it's just too small. 112' x 68' just ain't big enough. Houses are literally on top of each other. These lots are 0.8 acres(over 4 times bigger) for 40% less money. Yea man we can go hunting up there for sure. Gonna get you golfing too

You could be right. I know a friend of mine was in Money Hill Hunting club couple years back. He said it was next door to his other club, Mossy Oak which Ive been to for a couple hunts, and that is on 36 also.

I took home the hardware yesterday for longest drive, and my team won the GNO Pest Control Contractor's scramble at Lakewood.
