Do you hear anything on those TV ads about: "Hey, I was on Law Review?" "I went to Harvard?" "I graduated top 10 in my class?"

There's a reason for that, and it's not what you think it is.

Just practice the LSAT over and over. Don't go in cold. Don't go in after studying just a good bit. Make it your job.

The score is all that matters. The rest is just how you spin it.

I'm a recruiting fanatic and have been for years and years, I am well aware of the details of your ban bet.

And you are still a bitch.

It seems like being on TV is a big deal now for lawyers.

you have 3 choices

1) top 25 law school
2) top 3 law school in the state you live
3) don't go to law school if 1 or 2 don't apply

You're kind of infamous for that stunt. I'm sure a majority of the board are well aware what you did

rankings matter if:
1. you want to make six figures right after graduation.
2. you want the option to practice anywhere in the country.
3. you want a federal clerkship or doj.

rankings matter less if:
1. you want solo practice.
2. you will graduate with minimal debt.
3. you know where you want to practice.
4. you have no interest in practicing law.

of course there are exceptions to every rule.

Probably earning a reputation, advertisement, and kissing judges and certain politicians asses would make a bigger difference... just a guess.

No. It is better to be in the top 10% of a lowly regarded law school than to be back of the pack at a mid-tier. Obviously, the top 20 schools are tickets to the game in larger firms in larger cities, but you're just joining another highly competitive game at that point.

Funny how this applies to Law. When I make a post about Engineering using this exact same logic, I get negative backlash.

Let's hear the details so I can get a good laugh when you fail miserably. And you've been stalking me for close to two years. Don't think you should be calling anyone a bitch, bitch

although this might be true, you shouldn't choose a wrose school because you think you're gonna coif. statistically, there's a 90% chance you won't, and reality isn't much better. you should pick a school based job prospects if you graduate in the middle of the class.
