What no they didn't!

And to keep things "separate" we embarked on a law and order campaign and the war on drugs to send blacks back into captivity.

Yes keeping the black man down! No way he is ever going to ascend to the most powerful position in the world! No way black people can ever hold any positions of power or have the same rights and freedoms as whites. And law and order applies to all races and whose fault is it that so many blacks seek the easy money that comes from selling drugs?

quote:

Of course there were tons of great things, but the bad is questionable and can suggest disingenuity.

Really?

How do you know they aren't unified ? Are you out there with them ?

Because every person who is interviewed has claimed some different bullshite that they see as the problem. and frick no i'm not out there with them! Only an idiot and criminal would be.

quote:

If you get to celebrate all the glories of this country, then we also inherit all the bad. Can't have it one way

What the frick are you even talking about? Who has denied anything bad has happened in this countries history? This country has done lots of bad shite to lots of races of people! No one has ever denied it. You seem to be the one who only wants things one way, the victim way!

Looking at the Time cover and the Devin Allen original photo, I believe the photo on the Time cover was altered for dramatic effect to make it look like a bunch of white cops were chasing this guy. It doesn't look like that in the original photo the guy has on his website.

I'm pretty sure all those cops are running to form a line to start pushing the rioters back and they are in fact not chasing the running retard!

It's because they hate black people innately for the color of their skin?

Yeah, that is precisely why the War on Drugs exists. To incarcerate black people.

Here is a hard fact:

Blacks in North America were bred like livestock for almost 400 years (roughly 1500 to 1865) for certain qualities: physical strength and servility. That legacy is going to be with us for a long time. I don't know what the solution is, but I know that the solution IS NOT the "great society."

Do you see the irony in your post verse the way you currently handle race relations? You're pretty much admitting the modern way of everyone giving blacks a pass and allowing them to constantly blame others and use excuses hasn't been working.... Because that's what is going on right now and you still say we need to improve it, if that worked then there would be no worry to improve it

Well, it'd be a massive frickin start. Aside from really old people who grew up in a completely different era, I don't think any regular person is truly racist towards skin color "just because". What I mean is I don't think many people say in their head walking down the street "that guy is black, I instantly know that I don't like him because he is a different color than me". The reason white people have the view they do of black people is based on years and years of data and personal interactions with how they act as a whole. Looters, vandals, murderers, theives, carjackers, gang members, robbers....these people are overwhelmingly non-white.

99% of today's "racism" is simply prejudice or profiling, something that any rational human being admits to doing. The mark Cuban comments a while back were pretty spot on about this...

I honestly might know 2 or 3 people from high school and college combined that just don't like black people, that is racism. Judging someone based on appearance or past experience is not racism

Do you even read what you type

So just because a group of people suggest that a separate group should work to improve themselves, that is somehow a bad thing???

So even when you can admit someone should improve themself (talking in generalities here) if they don't feel that way then it's ok for them not to and everyone should just move on???

Idk if it's been brought up, but it was probably a pretty brilliant move by Time. Hardly anyone buys magazines compared to how they used to, but they'll have blacks and SJWs lined up to buy these like they're new Jordan's, for commemorative purposes.

It confirms that the +$17 TRILLION spent on the 'war on poverty' since the '60s was a complete waste of taxpayer's money.

Their kids sucked as parents and now we have a huge portion of the younger black generation that is nothing but a drain on society.

First of all, you aren't going to find many supporters of the "War on Drugs" here. We all recognize that missing fathers is a big problem in the black community.

This absolutely does not excuse the conduct of criminals participating in the illegal sale, trafficking, and consumption of drugs. You don't combat a law by breaking it. If Black men are absent, then the fault lays at the feet of Black men. They freely chose to participate in the breaking of laws.

Until that community takes up the banner of personal responsibility we will continue to see these events unfold. The self purported leadership of the Black community does nothing but perpetuate the victim mentality. Victimhood and Personal Responsibility cannot coexist.

MLK dreamed of a time when people were judged by the content of their character. Well, that time is now, and we are judging the black community based on those ideals.

Live TV is never "live", there is always a delay to catch material unsuitable for display. This delay is also used to manufacture spin.
