At 63 I look back and see that my life hasn't gone according to plan. That's OK with me. Sometimes, I'm surprised that I am still alive at all. But as long as I can still have a good time with my son (as I did today), play golf (when the weather gets better again) and still try law suits, I'm alright.

Nobody gets out alive.

If you smoke, don't exercise, eat like shite and are fat and will die of cardiac disease in your 60s, then it's like halfway through life

Idk. With the way technology is booming, it's not gonna be long before we plug ourselves in and just recharge

No, bc getting older certainly beats the alternative.

Not me. When my time is up, it's up. I should have been dead twice, that I know of, no heroic measures for this guy.

If I knew what I know now, I would know a shite load more.

Middle age? Hit that at around 51-52 at the same time hitting old age. But yet, I still give young guns a run for there money even with a bad heart.

Do I freak out getting older? Nope, I live day to day as if today is my last!

Owlvis, you need to come to D.C. so we can go out to dinner. I think we'd have a lot of laughs.

37. I don't get "upset" about getting older, but I definitely am more selective with how I use my time (Tigerdroppings, notwithstanding). I still have a ton of things I want to accomplish in life, so I'm less likely to fritter away my time sitting through movies/tv shows I'm half interested in and the like. I also find myself becoming more conscious of the work/home balance and becoming more guarded of my free/family time.

Yep, was upset that my fishing/hunting licenses weren't 5$ pre turning 60.

I remember when I was 14, the age you were required to have license in Fl., it stated on the bottom of the license that @ 65 you no longer were required to own one (remember thinking that would be nice). I reached that requirement two years ago. I like life, and age is the only thing that extends it. So no freakouts for me.

Nah.

53, do what I want, just like always.

Lots of lessons learned.
