He's a goddamn free citizen in a country with constitutionally protected rights. That's why. He can tell the cop to go frick himself, and the cop shouldn't be able to do shite about it.

Cops keep pulling stunts like this, and they start losing people like me who are pretty pro-LEO.

The officers should have hugged that guy till he decided that handcuffs were ok to be out on. That way the officers could have said they were only tactically hugging the guy. Everyone knows that as long as you don't throw punches you can just passively resist and just not put your hands behind your back and even decide that you just aren't gonna be arrested today.

Need way more hugging into submission

Do you even know what he did? I don't. I'm talking about the fight leading to the arrest. What happened prior to the camera being turned on I have no idea and neither do you. The cops where requested there for a reason. Had the man complied to the officer when he asked him to step over and talk to him. Maybe just maybe the situation would have ended up diffrently. However, due to the offenders actions that was not the case.

So you did not witness the hand slaps from the offender at the beginning of the video?

I am pro-LEO to the Max and a member of multiple organizations. That video is tough for me to support - particularly the responding officer's approach and tone when he first confronted the party. Only reason it escalated was because of the cop....not up for debate either.

He didn't ask, he grabbed his taser and tried to grab him and TOLD him what to do; when that happened, Oregon fan slapped the cops hand down. Never raising his hands above his stomach.

He wasn't violent, yet they broke a stick over his legs.

That is why I honestly have no sympathy for cops. They bring most of this anger on themselves because the majority are violent animals.

I'm sure there's more, like maybe somebody fingered him to the cops for throwing a drink before walking out of the stands maybe, cops still sucked and acted like douche cops, even if that were the case. How about, "sir, could we have a word with you, a drunken fan just accused of "fill in the blank," would you mind telling you what you know about this?" But no, the Barney's have to show how bad they are at the 3 v. 1 takedown to the world.

If they would act and speak like intelligent respectable human beings to us peons, maybe Scruffy wouldn't have as big of an issue sith them.

That is too much to ask of them though.
