I have a CC permit and I'm telling you if someone jumped out of a vehicle and immediately pointed a gun at me or my wife, I would comply. No sense in trying to be a hero at that point, because the suspect has the upper hand.
Now ... as soon as he retreats, I would pull my gun and call his name for him to turn back around.
