I'd print out his name and business info from the Web or phonebook and pin it on my wall next to my desk for everyone to see. Maybe get your coworkers to spread a rumor about you hiring them. Let HR know you're playing hardball.

Well I have about an hour left of work and I haven't been called to HR yet. I've seen a couple of questions on here... Yes he's black and I do supervise other black workers here. One of the black workers called him out on it and told him that was out of line. I've had crawfish boils at my house which they have attended . After reading some of the these comments I do take responsibility for trying to be friends with the guy when I should have just supervised. They are always saying that this more then a company " this is family".... After today that is BS. I've always tried to get along with everyone and firm when I needed to be ... Like some of the comments said I guess I need to be more of an A hole
