If you work for a big company, I could easily see you getting fired over this. I'm not joking. It just depends how hard the Cam fan wants to go with it. He holds your future with that company in his hands.
At a minimum, this guy owns the place. He'll file lawsuit if he ever gets fired or passed over for a promotion. This could have been very calculated on his part. Hard to say without knowing him.

Cam is nothing like Manziel. Cam gives back to the community with his time and money. He likes kids and does things for them. Even got his teammates giving away TD balls to kids.
So what about his attitude again? He took loss hard, he does not like to lose. His character is unquestionable.

I'm 45, and actually share your frustration with racism like that. Very few things piss me off more than having some white a-hole decide he needs to be a racist in front of me and do so assuming that because we share the same skin color I'm going to nod and go along and agree.
That being said, the fact that you were at a shitty party with a group of assholes does, in no way, suggest that most white men over 40 are anything other than white and over 40.
Some are racists...some aren't.
