Clemson University apologizes for serving Mexican food

Syracuse used to have an MLK dinner every year in the dome (and dining halls) that had fried chicken, collard greens, watermelon, orange and purple soda, etc. Everyone loved it

The same thing happened at Tulane this week. There was a protest over taco Tuesday for "racial appropriation."
