Fat and loose - Undesirable in both sex and joint rolling

How did that do for you? Having the first set of numbing injections next week.

Nothing debilitating.

Have to watch my left knee that I hurt hitting the ground hard in parachute landing after sunset.

But I'm fine to do what I want.

both of my knees are shot. i jogged every day for 15 years. Mostly on concrete. people used to tell me, you'll wreck your knees. i ignored them. now, i'd be lucky to run across the street.

Numbing injection was total relief for about 6 hours.
After the nerve burn, my original pain is all but gone. It hurts like hell for a couple weeks but the last week I've been improving daily to the point now that I only get sore in the evenings and even that is subsiding. I would recommend it to anyone with the same problems I have.

torn rotor cup

I googled the above term and came up with "torn rotator cuff."

Do you even listen when the doctor speaks to you?

You lucky bastard. I ended up with more problems after my surgery than I had before.

Just re-tore my ACL in my right knee in December. I tore my left and my right 20 years ago in high school. I had surgery 8 weeks ago, and going through rehab now. I forgot how much it sucks!

I coach my sons baseball team and I herniated a disc in my neck a couple of years ago while catching. The pain was unbearable and I tried all of the conservative treatments but ended up having a fusion C-5 / C-6. The pain is gone but I still have some numbness in my hand. I also can't pitch a baseball with any kind of velocity anymore.

Last year I tore my meniscus showing the kids a run down drill in practice. Still dealing with that one. The pain isn't too bad but gets worse when its cold outside and if I do too much.

We just started baseball for this spring season. No major injuries yet but my lower back hurts after hitting infield. I bought a fungo bat and that helps but I still feel it after practice and the next day. And I still can't pitch batting practice for shite.

I think its time for me to retire at 43.

Degenerative disk at C1. My guess is I busted it when I landed on my head body surfing when I was 35 (it went crack but didn't hurt). I had a lot of back pain that was a result of it later, and it went un-diagnosed until I turned 50.

I stood on tiptoes on a ladder for several hours over a period of two days doing various home repairs/installations, and now left big toe is radiating pain, from the joint to midway up the arch and on top of my foot.

Not sure why just my left. Guess I unconsciously put more weight on that side. I can barely walk now.

This has happened before, so I think I have a bad toe joint.
