They're super edgy and when it was the Muslims, everyone supported them. Now it's this one and everyone (rightfully) bashes them.

I know you want to try to be the smartest guy on this board, but most people just think you're an assclown

Yeah, they are.

Maybe not from your POV, but I promise the Muslim community found the Allah cartoon to be way more offensive than you understand (not that I care).

They are both cartoons that offend and infuriate those depicted.

It is what they do.

They can publish whatever they want to get attention but I would think a country that actually experienced Nazi rule would know the difference.

Well, like I said in my original reply, that's not surprising.

If you equate a cartoon of Muhammed naked with a cartoon of dead neo-nazis in Houston, you're just confirming what I already think of you.

ETA: And good job of editing in that last shot at me. Were you just too big of a pussy to just straight up post it?

And If I'm so dumb, why do the vast majority agree with my first post calling you dumb?

So much wrong here that it hurts the brain to even attempt to makes sense of it.

Neo-Nazism exists far more in the collective mind of the left than in reality.

Charlie Hebdo just painted an entire city of 4 million people (that is actually blue leaning) as neo-nazis.

The irony here is that neo-left tactics are far closer to real nazi tactics than they realize.

frick Charlie Hebdo.

They aren't though. I never said the Muslim community didn't find the Muhammed ones offensive.

However, there is a difference in poking fun at a religious figure and mocking a disaster with a really uninformed generalization.

Not once did I say one of them wasn't offensive.

In what respect is this "super edgy"? It just strikes me as rather pointlessly dumb. Who exactly are they "getting" here?

It will be interesting to see everyone who backed them for the Mohammed thing now bash them for this.

the problem is that they are pussies who won't attack muslims anymore, who are close to actual Nazis, while calling "Safe" targets, Nazis

When the body count it totaled up, i doubt the majority of the hands are that....hue. Which im not sure if thats ironic but its sure makes this magazine cover sad/stupid.

That being said, anyone who says "now im glad they got shot by terrorist" or whatever has lost the right to feign outrage over terrorist who kill muslim opposition, as anything other than racism. Which is a shame cause they were on the right side of that argument.

Acting like it's some white trash neo-Nazi Mecca. It's bizarre.

i agree. i keep seeing national pundits attempt "gotchas" about the "conservative" area when Harris county is blue as shite

One is mocking a person from a 1200 year book, the other is mocking mostly minorities who drowned because they were poor.

I dont see the resemblance either...

Sounds to me like the jihadists killed all the brave people at Charlie Hebdo. Can someone make a cartoon of that?

Yeah, it is a weak take. Surely they could have been more creative.

This. Houston is not a Nazi hot bed. They should have researched a little more.
