Medical Marijuana laws are not the same thing as recreational marijuana laws.....that study means almost nothing.
Also, someone mentioned the "habitual offenders" coming to Colorado as one possible explanation of the increase...Have you priced going to Colorado? I don't think loser potheads can really afford to just get up and go to Colorado...

There are a lot of things like that that need to be considered for the stats in the OP to have any meaning, including a comparison of the growth rate of accidents prior to legalization. OP is deliberately manipulative and misleading or just plain ignorant.

Actually a big problem in Denver right now. All the burnouts from across the country are flooding here so they can work in the industry. Don't know why they think they can go from being useless to useful just bc it's a new industry. If you're in town take a ride by downtown bus stations... lots of young kids being homeless bc they thought they could continue being a pos and just stroll right into the business. It's sad

If you are going to disregard proper use of empirical methods and rely only on blind assertions rather than data driven conclusions then why bring up data in the first place? Just say that you are right just because and be over with it.

I've definitely tried some at some point that would have impaired my driving. I was wondered about this stat. I could see an indica totally messing with someone's vision and depth perception.

With the democratic party imploding, if the Republicans would pass marijuana reform just at the federal level they'd loop in a bunch of young people and moderates.
I'm not even talking legalization. Just move it out of Sched. 1 at the federal level.
It's insane that the federal government considers marijuana more dangerous than meth, cocaine, opiates, etc....
