That's all I'm saying. Not even full blown legalization. Just end the absolute insanity of schedule 1

Boulder population has increased 10% from 2010-2016.

Boulder actual has very little room to grow. They have prevented a lot of development, because of pubic open space land and development restrictions. That's a big reason why it's so damn expensive.

I bet the growth in Broomfield, Westminster, Louisville, and other cities is even greater than 10% over that same time.

Do the researchers have any theories about why Asian women are flocking to Colorado suddenly?

Are these car wrecks due to people who were found to be smoking week by testing or just simply car wrecks.
.
Denvers population is expanding and Colorado all around at an astronomical rate. Car wrecks would certainly increase accordingly as roads are more congested and more people driving.

Yeah, but since they were all traveling at 8 MPH (they just thought they were going really fast), no one really got hurt.

when factoring the population growth

I read the study. That was already factored in, and CO still had a 14% spike in claims (single car, non-reported incidents also weren't included)

Expect MASSIVE rate hikes
