I recently heard about this in another thread and did some research. There are a ton of differing reviews. Anyone on the OT tried this before?

Thought i would get more feed back either opposed to the F&D board.

I've never tried shooting at my Yeti mug, but I would imagine the bullet would win.

Big fan, noticeable difference in your sharpness and acuity. Pretty much like that movie Limitless.

1 tablespoon grass-fed organic butter, 1 tablespoon natural coconut oil, and your favorite brew. Blend it together. Took about a week to notice, but it's there. Heightened senses with no crash.

Sure, it's about 700 calories, but you can burn that off.

I do a Keto diet and I use BP coffee to help get me daily fat target. I notice a difference in terms of energy, but not like a pre-workout level of energy.

I make little BP "bombs" in the condiment containers you put jello-shots in. That way I can just drop one in my first coffee of the morning and take one with me for when I get to work.

Big big fan. Mine are Kerrygold butter, unrefined coconut oil, and unsweetened cocoa powder.

I've been wanting to try the bullet proof coffee too.

When it was explained to me, I thought you were supposed to put the MCT in it too. I guess there are just so many variations of this shite.

Dave Asprey is a con-man whack-a-do. Much of what he's saying to sell his products has been proven as horseshite.

If you want similar effects, just make it yourself. Get MCT oil or coconut oil, real deal butter and melt those down and put them in a pot of coffee.

There you go you now have bulletproof coffee for pennies on the dollar.

Nope

See my rants/ links on cholesterol. Main drivers of dyslipidedmia are excessive carbs and poorly sourced inflammatory fats/oils (and sedentary lifestyle devoid of metabolically active muscle)

Stick with MCT oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter/meat (better omega 3 profile), wild caught game/fish and you will be fine

If you are drinking this on top of a shitty refined/processed diet, all bets are off

JC, that's a lot of calories...for a coffee.

Just watched a couple of videos about it. Seems interesting... Would like to try it out.

Pretty much spot on. Cholesterol means shite. The HDL:LDL ratio is really all that matters.

If you are going to do a full on Keto, then its pretty damn good, but just remember that overall calories are still the number one thing that will decide weight loss or gain.

If you are just going to track your macros, well there are way more delicious ways to hit those macros.

If you are just doing it on top of a normal western diet........good luck with that.

I prefer grass fed butter and the brain octane oil they sell with organic coffee I grind myself. But I don't do this all the time. Really only do it when I do a fat fast for quick weight loss.

Overall there are benefits but you will really only see them if you go full on Keto. And really only if you go Keto combined with the Bulletproof Intermittent fasting plan or BP rapid fat loss plan.

I was pumping it in a thread yesterday, I'm a big fan.

Order these
Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Palm Nectar, Blonde
Now Foods Pure MCT Oil

from Harvest Market

They will give you a %15 discount on your first order, which makes it cheaper than amazon.
