The Pennington compound is gawdy as hell. Money can't buy taste.

Busbice earned his initial fortune in the oil business.

A friend of mine lives nearby. Old money is none too happy with the jacked up F350's with nut sacks parked in their neighborhood. I am personally enjoying the heart burn they have brought to Blue Blood BR. They live big and they let you know they have money.

so the wealthy dad helped his son financially to get his little operation underway... it took off, which is a credit to the son...

but let's not act like the son is some self made man... maybe his shite still would have taken off like it did even if pops wasn't loaded, but it sure didn't hurt, now did it?

and with frick you money like his dad evidently has, some venture like that is pretty low risk anyway.... it's nothing if it doesn't work out, but great if it does... and lucky for them, it did...

The whole thing smells very Mike Foster like, but without being Governor. Exclusive hunting club, etc.

Genuine question: say you put down 20% on that home. What would the mortgage be on an average 30 year contract?

eh.... they have these in various parts of the state.... i know back home they have one in Gheens... Golden Ranch or something like that....

i'm not an outdoorsy dude so i never paid attention, but yeah, it's some sort of exclusive hunting club that is pretty pricy.... heard they stock their own animals and shite, just in case, but i don't buy that...

Don't know if that's a sarcastic answer or not, but if serious then damn. But anyone buying homes in that range should be paying cash anyway.

I like it but damn they need to fix that roof. Its been long overdue for about the 8 years ive been living by them.

My favorite is the Ascantia Plantation. The entrance, ponds, and land is awesome. Couldnt tell you what the house looks like besides the little piece you can see from Highland.
