Barnett Crossbows had severe issues. They might not exist today if Ryan hadn't bought the company. But, yes, Ameristep was a very healthy company. Evolved and Flextone needed someone with more ambition and capital.

When he bought BA Products I'd say that was beneficial for both parties.

Matt always has a lot of ideas, some less practical than others.

Is that the high rent district? Looked pretty swanky from the road.

Extremely high property values along Highland because space is limited. Saban lived on Highland.

Its not his ideas that cause his employees to hate him.

we might be thinking of a different house. Burbank Avenue is about 1000ft behind the house and runs parallel to it. Unless they own all the land between highland and burbank behind the row of houses. Just find it hard to believe that those other large houses around it have such small tracts of land

Actually, Burbank turns and becomes Siegen west of his place. if you google his place. you can see the cleared land that goes back to bayou fountain. i believe that most of the land across bayou fountain, back to the soccer fields is his.

This is one expensive tract of land:

The property stretches from Highland to Burbank. 3+ Acres. It's a couple houses down from No. 1 on the list.
