Wildgame Innovations makes some of the best stuff out there, they used to have a show called Wildgame Nation which was on the Outdoor Channel and it was basically a advertisement for their products but before they weren't that big they really just blew up in the last 8-10 years but i'm sure they're are making a fricin killing off their new show on A&E which is pretty much Duck Dynasty with a different group of people

Well its Plano/Synergy. I would hardly say they bought several companies that needed help. While they started their own company. They bought up companies that came with the employees that established them. I would hardly say those companies were needing help. This is far from being something they started from the ground up.
If I decide I want to start an IT umbrella company and decide to buy AMD I probably shouldn't take credit for founding a processing company. I definitely wouldn't start a reality show and parade my job title as something its not as well.

Barnett crossbows was almost losing money when Wildgame bought them, and Evolved Harvest/Habitats was a one product brand that's now prominently featured in every big box hunting and outdoors store in the country.
Plano didn't acquire them until about a year ago.

all in all, the fact remains that this dude didn't scrimp and save every nickel he had, to take a chance and open a company ON HIS OWN.... tons of people do that, but this is not one of those cases.... nor do i give a frick, but to act like this dude is some ultra business savvy redneck that shite just worked out for is ridiculous..... he came from money... he may have done something with it rather than just spending all of daddy's cash, but he still comes from money.... and good on him... it is what it is....

Ascantia isn't that great inside. The kitchen is really small for a house that size and has a lot of large stone archways which make it feel constricted.
The grounds and property are pretty awesome. The tract of land runs all the way to alligator bayou road.
Moving that damn chicken around is not fun.

1) Buy company give it a name
2) Buy another company that is established and use all your newly acquired employees to continue to do what they do and make your company successful.
My point is all they did was purchase other companies. Some would say they acquired all those companies to put together a portfolio to eventually sell off to a company like Plano. I know plenty of people that work or have worked for that company. They will all tell you this same story. All pretty much love Ryan and loath Matt.

i just think it slights those that actually do come from nothing when too much praise is heaped on those that had tons of help, which, IMO, is what you did/are doing...
again, like i said numerous times... good for him...however,he comes from money, and i think had he had to do this without dad's help, he wouldn't be buying the houses he buying, or at least not at the age that he is anyway....

we might be thinking of a different house. Burbank Avenue is about 1000ft behind the house and runs parallel to it. Unless they own all the land between highland and burbank behind the row of houses. Just find it hard to believe that those other large houses around it have such small tracts of land

While in BR for work last year we were on our way to Sammy's for dinner one night and noticed a lot of really nice houses on Highland. Is that the high rent district? Looked pretty swanky from the road.
