BRPD being sketchy as usual

Basically a guy sees a picture of a BRPD cop "sleeping on the job" on facebook. He sends the picture to the mayors office, and in return gets harassed with a search warrant and they threaten to charge him with defamation.
Gotta love Kip and the great BRPD.

In their eyes it was probably a petty complaint, but no seatbelt tickets, expired inspection stickers by one month, and busted taillight tickets are all pretty fricking petty as well

How are police officers going to adjust to being in heaven? In heaven, they will not have authority to abuse, because everyone will have the same authority.

I've got a picture of a supervisor sleeping in his car at TJ Ribs. He was probably doing a detail though, so sleeping is A-OK
