Explain that one.

Sorry guys. I stepped away for a minute to watch my 3 year old play with and electrical outlet. Didn't want to upset her by telling her what she was doing was wrong so it took a while till she got shocked and had a nose bleed

Now what were we talking about?

ETA: I did call her a stupid whore though because that's just my parenting style.

Btw, if you think I'm going to even remotely mention the danger associated with electrical outlets for fear of upsetting her then you are VASTLY mistaken.

Oh yeah, the best part is that the DA arranged ALL of this. Including the plea deal AND the punishment. The judge just sentenced based on the DA's suggestion.

So all of the hate towards the judge is misplaced. Inform yourselves.

Sweet deflection!!!

But I get why you'd dodge the question, so it makes sense.

You're right he didn't rape her, he only sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. Glad we aren't confusing that with something despicable and illegal.i would hate for anyone to get the wrong idea and assume this guy is anything other than a stand up citizen.

Ok, I'll address your assumption that I would call my daughter a dumbass:

It's ludicrous

How's that?

Well technically he's right. The guy is a sexual predator but can't be classified as a rapist.

So i'll ask you for the 3rd time:

When I said it was stupid to call her a dumbass, why'd you reply with, "WTF are you talking about"

Why would you reply with that if you literally agreed with me word for word? Could it be that reading comprehension thing I mentioned?

What? Did you think I agreed with you? Please go back and read again sir/ma'am

You're just fricking around with the whole dumbass thing now. Either that or you're mentally challenged.

Oh, ok I see what you were saying. Your response left something to be desired. Maybe highlight the one word in an entire sentence you disagree with next time otherwise people like me will think you disagree with the sentiment of the entire statement.

Something like this you dumbass.

Just as an example.

You talking just in legal terms? Because millions of Americans probably consider him a rapist.

If he did the same thing today in California, he would be a rapist by legal definition.

I said you shouldn't call your daughter a dumbass, and you agreed. Reading comprehension, again.

It's amazing how bad you've botched this entire thing, you have no clue what I said, and no clue how you replied to my comment, pretty funny to see you flailing around blindly like this.

Or you can just comprehend a statement before replying to it.

At least the lightbulb finally went off, so i'll take it!!!

I dont, but he was at least conscious enough to know what he was doing and get a hard on, while she was stone cold passed out. He was basically fricking a comatose person.

Wasn't she unconscious and he conscious?

Is that really the way you think it should be played? He was conscious (able to speak, laugh, get a woody, etc) and she was comatose near a dumpster. People have different tolerances, but you know that already.

I am just posing a legitimate question.

Some in here act like he wasn't impaired b/c he was conscious and could get a hard on...I am not condoning what happened but I doubt it would have happened had he been sober and not impaired.

This.

He knew it was wrong because he ran when he got caught. Very clear consciousness of guilt.

I don't care how impaired I am, I don't have the capability to frick an unconscious woman. And he did it in public behind a dumpster.

I just couldn't do it.

That is just rape. I don't care what the old California law called it because the witnesses didn't see a penis go in a vagina, but that is rape. He had his pants down, he pulled hers down (or was she naked?) and he was humping her and had to be stopped.
