Didn't this dude claim that she willingly initiated sex but then passed out during it? And he just kept on humping? I don't remember the details on it.

Even if that would be acceptable, which is isn't by any means, you'd have to be a sick fricker to want to continue. That's right there with fricking a corpse.

So he meets the criteria to be convicted of rape in 40 or so states.. but because the state he resides in has poorly written legislation.. he isn't a rapist?

That's absurd and it's why few to no people respect lawyers

It's also why I bristle when I hear people say the jury found him innocent therefore he didn't commit a crime.

The guy is a TPOS sex offender.

The girl exercised very poor judgement.

Those are simply the facts of the situation. She doesn't get a free pass on her incompetence because she was a victim of an avoidable situation.

Dude. Why even bring that up?

Would you tell your son what a dumbass he was for sexually assaulting an unconscious girl behind a dumpster? Or say, it's ok son she had it coming? You must not get laid very often.

Ah, classic victim blaming.

Do you think the broad would have still gotten raped if she hadn't passed out behind a dumpster?

Dude is a huge piece of shite, bu people need to be more responsible to avoid situations like this.

Don't kid yourself, you're a rape apologist. Your first instinct was to say 'don't get drunk' not 'don't start penetrating an obviously passed out girl.'

I just have little pity for someone who makes terrible decisions and puts themselves in these types of situations.

You're all talk and bluster. If that was your daughter (and it's obvious you haven't found anyone willing to procreate with you) you would be beside yourself. You're not fooling anyone, tough guy.

Yep, and I would also tell my daughter to not be such a dumbass and make better decisions.

Sorry you don't think people should take responsibility for their actions.

You sound like the BLM folks.

So no young person can make mistakes lest they be raped.

You are what's wrong with a lot of things today.

You are blaming something other than the person who made the choice to commit a crime. Just like folks who blame guns for murders, rather than focus on who physically committed the act.

Kind of like, who do you blame for obesity, the cookie or the fat man?

He didnt get convicted of Rape, FWIW

Ok so he was convicted of 3 counts of sexual assault. Which by the way, sexual assault conviction is supposed to carry 24,36 or 48 month sentences per count.

Nice try at being a troll though.

Many here were never convicted of underage drinking but are still guilty.

This analogy makes zero sense. A minor consuming alcohol in of itself does not harm another person. Sexual assault is by definition harming another person.

So facts and reality is a "troll" now.

Do you have a "safe space" to retreat to on a daily basis

Yes up to those amounts, I believe. But like most crimes/punishments, rarely do they get maximum
