i don't give a frick where you are from or what language you speak. I don't care if you aren't familiar with the local culture/customs. Everyone knows you do not advance on another individual (especially in uniform) when they are armed.

yeah, pretty sure there was another way to diffuse this situation without shooting the woman 4 times and killing her.

Every time I hear them being discussed it sounds like none of them are on all the time. Between running down the batteries and filling servers with TBs of video of nothing it seems reasonable.

I don't know the whole situation but it just doesn't seem like shooting this person 5 times was justified. She wasn't close to him yet and maybe just maybe she was going to walk by him. How about just move back out of the way and see if she actually comes at you instead of putting 5 shots in someone who isn't carrying a gun? I'm not against police protecting themselves at all it just doesn't look like this situation was worth lethal force..

Not shooting someone who is approaching you with a meat cleaver is a great way to get your arse killed. Cop had no other choice than put her down. And I say that as someone who is known to not be the biggest cop supporter on this site.

Seriously? She was clearly involved in an argument the cops were called on, wielding a fricking cleaver. And you want the cop to move out of her way so she can walk wherever she wants? What if she was still trying to go after someone behind him?
