That's how you're suppose to act. You know laws and all that . Why can't you see his car was not street legal with headlight out?

Depends on the state. I'm not arguing about the law. This man's story screams for white acceptance according to the black community

And worst case senario is you have to get it straightened out downtown. Best case senario is you get a warning.

Thanks for the link. I'm getting my father-in-law one. He is a dangerous old man slow driver who taps the breaks every 20 yards.

Never ever question the authorities.
Sincerely,
Kim Jon un.

Do as they say and you'll be fine.
Sincerely,
The guy who got shot at the gas station doing just as the officer requested.

I bet you cower like a little bitch in the presence of cops. You try to act so hard on here though. Doesn't surprise me that you have that attitude though because only an idiot would defy cops after seeing all the shootings and beatings that have happened when people don't comply. So please do us a favor and don't comply next time.

While I'm more on your side than you know, every lawyer I've spoken to advises the same. CLEARLY state your disapproval, do not allow them to do anything they have to ask permission to do, and if they still violate your rights, go downtown and clear it up then contact your attorney and sue the shite out of them. But be polite through the whole process.

Many black people feel the same as him, and are somewhat embarrassed by all the protesting etc. Most won't talk about it however because it's frowned upon by others in the black community
Kudos to him for telling his story.

Well, I've never been pulled over by a cop not even for a headlamp being out. My break tag has been expired for a year and I'm still not pulled over. I don't have interactions with cops.

Here's the deal. Many of you not only believe that most blacks disobey and resist cops, but it is only blacks that disobey cops and not whites. Please believe she could not be any further from the truth. But have at it and you all go ahead and keep painting with that broad stroked brush .

That's funny because you're disobeying the law by drinving with an expired break tag. Don't bitch when you get stopped and BE POLITE. I know it's very hard for you to do.

Yeah, frick that guy. But the victim lived, and the cop was fired and brought up on charges, so I'm okay with how it turned out.
