That's why I like pre jym. All the ingredients listed with amounts and no proprietary blends

Since the FDA banned everything that works, all of your pre-workouts are the same. It's a caffeine base, beta alanine to give you the itchy/tingly feeling, a proprietary blend of bullshite, and some add a little creatine.

Honestly the only thing I get out of a pre workout that I can not get from a cup or two of coffee is a little better pump. Am I missing something here?

There are certain exercises I can do to achieve a better pump. I would rather increases in strength and endurance during a workout. I can do sets of high rep isolation exercises and get a great pump. Doesn't make it effective.

I alternate from C4 to Assault...but will probably try out this Jym people speak of.

We really need a workout board.

The more pump, the more blood and nutrients you have flowing to your muscles. Those nutrients are essentially food for your muscles. The more you feed them the more they grow to a certain degree.

I think it depends on people's body types. I've done most preworkouts on the market and i get the tingles that typically accompany Beta-Alanine, but it only lasts a 5-10 minutes max. Cycling off every couple of weeks helps. At one point i was at 5 scoops of NOexplode.

be careful with c4, idk where you live but if it's high humidity you might end up with a can of rocks if you aren't careful

that cap doesn't close as good as it should

C4 is ok for a while, but I get used to it fast. One I'm really loving right now is adrenaline bulk by black labs. I've taken many different preworkouts and this one is up there for me.

I like to rotate ideally, but costco has C4 so that's what I usually get. I also like ACG3. I like to try the new ones that come out, but most of the prices per 30 servings of the shite at GNC is stupid even with the gold card. I'm not paying 70+ dollars for 30 servings of preworkout.

Also, take 2 scoops for maximum pump

You want to feel like you have bees all over your skin when you start your workout.

Check this article out. I workout first thing before work. I go fasted and pop BCAA pills or drink. Some prework outs kill my stomach when I'm fasted. Jacked has been pretty good to me, but in all honesty caffeine pills/coffee is just as effective and costs way less.

Note that the article above references data that showed that caffeine, the main ingredient behind most preworkouts, showed benefits, but only really in the morning work outs. Afternoon it is less effective.
