re: Keto Vs. Vegan - olemissfan26 on 8/19/17 at 2:53 pm
If you're really serious about it I would focus on quality of food first. Start slowly cutting out processed foods from your diet. Things like highly processed meats, GMO foods, non-organic foods, fast food, etc. these will all negatively effect your body and your ability to absorb nutrients. Qualit...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Keto Vs. Vegan - olemissfan26 on 8/19/17 at 7:20 am
Neither. Thousands of years ago people followed these "diets" because they had to. You have access to pretty much any meat, veggie, fruit, fat source, or carb you can think of. Why would you limit yourself and drastically change lifestyles? If you're new to dieting (or in your case trying to get bac...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

re: Avoiding leg day post-soreness - olemissfan26 on 8/15/17 at 3:49 am
Cory Gregory (guy mentioned above) writes workouts along with tons of other content like form videos, diets, blog questions, podcast, etc and the workout I follow is called "get stacked". He writes a new one every 4 weeks and it's always legit. His site is $8 a month but worth every penny. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Avoiding leg day post-soreness - olemissfan26 on 8/14/17 at 9:02 pm
Bodyweight, but you can add a weight vest if you get used to it. I do it on the track or at the gym. If you want to really increase definition/size in your legs consider adding it to your routine. And it will throw your matabalism into hyperdrive if you do it fasted in the morning. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

re: Avoiding leg day post-soreness - olemissfan26 on 8/11/17 at 9:06 pm
I squat everyday and do 25 minutes of lunges daily for cardio instead of treadmill or bike. My legs are usually only sore after my dedicated "leg day" (day when I focus primarily on legs and do more than just squats and lunges). The more you work it the more your body will be able to handle. Everyda...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)
re: Elliptical Machine Repair in BR? - olemissfan26 on 8/10/17 at 7:28 pm
Are you a member of a gym? They all have repair guys that come in to fix equipment a few times a month. Ask the manager for a recommendation. They will have a good person to call. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Restarted a 6 week 3x per week bench program.. - olemissfan26 on 8/9/17 at 8:25 pm
A guy name Zach Homol has a really good bench program out there. It doesn't cost very much and if you're truly interested in increasing your bench he'd be a good one to learn from. He holds a deadlift WR for his weight class and also can bench and squat ridiculous weight. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: How to Increase your appetite in the morning. - olemissfan26 on 8/9/17 at 8:09 pm
I get *4,000+ calories a day without eating breakfast. Just depends on your eating schedule. I only have 2 meals a day plus a snack before bed. I lift in the morning at 5am. I'm bulking too. You just have to add more calories through your other meals. *4,000 clean calories. ETA: the "snack" ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Updated workout--Please add tweak or comment - olemissfan26 on 8/9/17 at 8:05 pm
Would need your age/body weight/height and goals to really give you good advice. First thing off the top I'd do is use a real bench and free floating barbell for the bench, shoulder press and rows. Are you following this for 4 weeks? You need to add some variation after a few weeks. What do you ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: tOfficial Unofficial Preseason Thread - olemissfan26 on 8/9/17 at 6:26 am
I think the TEs will be fine. This offense is built to attacks space so if the tight ends can get a release or the right matchup I think we can use them. Evan is going to be hard to replace but we do have serviceable TEs on the roster. ...

re: Motivation? Burned out in the gym... - olemissfan26 on 8/8/17 at 9:14 pm
1. set a goal. Put a date on the calender. Can be a race, powerlifting meet, BB show, even a family vacation. Just somehing to work towards. Tell people. Tell your wife. Tell your friends. If it's public, you're more likely to pursue. 2. Set a hard but obtainable goal. Depends on question 1, but s...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

re: tOfficial Unofficial Preseason Thread - olemissfan26 on 8/7/17 at 8:52 pm
I'm just ready for the season to start. I don't have any expectations this year so any win will be great. I think we have talent (the first half of every game last year proves that) but we will see how he team rallies. Obviously depends on Sept 11. Just ready to get all of this behind us if the NCAA...
