I sleep about four hours a night. I've tried melatonin it doesn't help. What you got?

Nyquil helps, so I assume ZZZquil or whatever the "non-medicine" one is workz as well.

But I really do sleep well after a few drinks, so in a younger non-working life, I'd throw a few back and get great sleep.

I've heard magnesium helps but I haven't tried it yet.

Alcohol will help you pass out but it contributes to poor sleep. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) leaves me very groggy. Doxylamine succinate (Unisom SleepTabs) works better for me. You will find one of those two in all of the products mentioned.

You don't need to buy the pain "pm" unless you are experiencing pain. Don't take anything extra.

Whatever you do, don't do Zquil (or however it's spelled). It's just over priced liquid Benadryl.

someone recommended unisom to me and its the best IMO

that shite knocks your arse out, and i only take half a pill. some nights i will literally cut off a 1/5th of a tablet and its enough to just take the edge off with no drowsy feeling

shite is good, cheap and they sell generic at store.

Ditto on the unisom. I've never had an issue falling asleep. It's waking up at 2 or 3 and not going back to sleep. Half a unisom before bed seems to help with that.
