An office that I worked at a few years ago had rotating seasonal sports leagues at lunchtime (volleyball, basketball, flag football, & soccer). They had a mini sports field and basketball gym so you didn't have to leave the office campus.

They also had things like an auto service shop, hair salon (I never used), partially subsidized lunch with three different restaurant-style facilities, and bicycles that you could use between buildings and leave wherever.

My current office doesn't really have any good perks, just the usual free coffee and stuff like that.

Don't have an office so I get some decent perks. All food (including alcohol) is paid for, gas is paid for, car is paid for.

Company implemented a new vacation policy last year for employees that have at least 3 weeks vacation.

Take 80 consecutive hours off and get an extra week of pay.

I don't know if I quite understand this. Do you mean that if you have stockpiled at least three weeks of vacation time, they pay you time and half for your vacation time if you take at least two weeks at once in an effort to get the workaholics to actually leave the office and enjoy some time away?

Holy grail of perks. You know you've arrived when you can take a shite at work in peace and solitude.

Flex time for gym
Flex time for family
Team fitness program
Free survival gear
Free survival training

All it costs is months/years of your life away from home in some foreign shithole delivering the M in the POTUS DIME...and sometimes the I...

Back in September, the company was concerned about morale and employees leaving. They implemented a "Retention Bonus" for $2,500 which is a voluntary agreement for employees to remain with the company until 6/30/17. The payout was split in halves: 1st was in September and the 2nd will be paid in July.

People were still byching about it.

It's basically free money.
