Best office perks/benefits?

What are some of the best office perks you have or have had?
We're a small shop but we have free drinks, coffee, and gum(I'm still not sure about why). Occasionally we'll get some tickets to various sporting events, concerts etc.

We had a big & clean four stall shitter right next to my office with only four dudes on that office floor. Was pretty awesome. Not so much when there's one shitter and forty dudes.

Vendors bring in breakfast almost daily. Chicken mini's at least once a week.
