Getting to hear women bicker all day and complain about their jobs over all the cubicles.

Did I just win this thread?

honestly its probably for me the trade show suppers, or the bonus at end of yr 20% of youre income some 120,00 equals 40k but its based on 4 quarters of goals, region revenue standard, USA, comp standard and global....so to get 10k minus the taxes is about 6400, i used to think that supplemented to OT but i was wrong and its a still nice incentive!

Worked for a place that kept the kitchen stocked with softdrinks and coffee. They would bring in Pizza every Thursday (small corporate office...we only had about 15 people in the office itself).

They were also very liberal on expense compensation for travel.

I work remotely and basically set my own hours (in conjunction with my team), which is the biggest plus. If I were to work in my office (I don't because it's located in a different state) I would have access to a free gym.

My company will also reimburse alcohol with meals, which is a perk that I haven't had with previous employers.

No set vacation, so I can take off whenever I need and still get paid.

Lax hours.

Travel 20% of the year to only awesome places. Can expense bars, restaurants, etc.

I used to work for hospital systems, and the ones I worked for did not.

ETA: I have also received straight per diem at a previous employer, which I guess is better than reimbursement.

Company implemented a new vacation policy last year for employees that have at least 3 weeks vacation.

Take 80 consecutive hours off and get an extra week of pay. They think this will help people totally disconnect from work and make you more efficient when you return.

We work 9 80's so with the Friday's off, it'll be 18 days in a row off for me at the end of July

Ah. My company doesn't request receipts for items under a certain amount. Same concept I guess with regards to traceability

Flexible hours and remote availability.

Like today - I got in at 6:50 am so I'll be leaving at 2:50 pm.

My current job works a 9/80s schedule so every other Friday off. Three day weekends are so nice. Not sure I could ever go back to the M-F grind every week. I typically use my vacation for the other Fridays.

Same. I use company credit card and it doesn't need receipts for anything under $50.

I've gotten so used to this, I hope I can keep this schedule forever.
