Penny pitchers of beer, hurricanes, and well drinks in Lafayette were common mid 2000s.

When I was at MSU, cowbells did penny pitchers every Thursday. 5 dollar cover, free pitchers of cheap beer. They’d host beer pong tournaments

I miss being able to get fricked up at a bar for under 10 dollars

I’d say I really miss the Caterie, but I may just miss being young and very stupid.

First bar I ever went to was The Library on Chimes Street. They did not card ever.

After that I'd say The Bayou, The Chimes, The Art Bar.

One time at the Art Bar I was wearing a Soviet army winter coat, there were balloons everywhere and a dalmatian behind the bar. I was doing a lot of acid during that period of my life.

Eta and the Caterie a lot

Four of the Caterie's bartenders from 35 years ago were out partying last night in Washington DC at the Jack Rose Dining Saloon. Never forget the St. Patrick's Day massacre at the Caterie. Good times!!
