I don't remember that purple and gold sign there at all. The one on the brick over the door, yes.

When did it burn?

Was the bar I most frequented in 5 points. It’s still around but changed dramatically when Steve Taneyhill purchased it. Been in there once and it’s nothing like what it was.

Did that place have a name? I may or may not have been there. Place I went to was simply known as 'over the river' at the time.

Shreve Square area bars.

Remember when Pantera was a cover band, and EVH hung out down there too.

Cowboys and Le Bossier, in Bossier.

Yea I didn’t include all the Starkville bars while at MSU. That’s a given. My bar schedule in college was

Dollar margaritas at the Bin612 on Monday
Tuesday was karaoke night and 2 for 1 drinks at Ricks
Wednesday quarter night at Mugshots or 3 for 1 at old Venice
Thursday penny pitchers at Cowbells
Weekends wherever people were going
Sunday ride and drink at the wildlife refuge or play golf.

Yes, I drank every night

I miss Catarie fridays. I used to make sure not to schedule MWF classes after noon so i could go get half price apps and cheap pitchers of beer.
