Strongly suspect that if people improved their diets, cleanup would be much simpler.
The fatties in my office have constant shite spray thanks to their steady diet of Krispy Kreme and Wendy's.

This is true. I rarely have issues and my diet is generally pretty good. If you eat fried foods and tons of carbs then you're going to have explosive shits all of the time.
