Wow.... Hadn't seen the video until now... Hard to not say those boys murdered that brother.
Looked to me the perp was a little much for the fuzz to handle so they went the pow pow route... Beats getting your arse kicked I guess.

Not sure if a 40 second clip from that angle tells the whole story, however, from an initial assessment, that doesn't look great for the cops.

Because civil rights include parading around in public with a firearm as a convicted felon, then resisting arrest.
