Adults should not ever be on ladders.

Exactly. That's why stilts were invented.

That's like adults sittng on Santa's lap in the mall.

Well, I think it depends on the adult. Santa might enjoy some adults visiting.

I know it's been discussed before, but I hadn't experienced it until yesterday. What a bunch of assholes. I can understand the people with young children who want to get some beads, but why set up towards the front? Shouldn't you go further back to not obstruct anyone's view? Ruins the whole experience. I saw more adults on ladders without children than those with them.

They had a group of black ppl move in front of a white lady on a ladder and the lady got mad and one of the black guys starts yappin like "ima fricking show you! Ima get in front of you" Of course the white ppl around acted appalled but I was sittin there like amen bro.

TL;DR if you bring a ladder to a parade you're an a-hole

They are just exploiting weaknesses bro. You should be strong and bring a ladder.

Seems like something that douche zealot and his merry crew of misfits would do.

yeah. it always amuses me when the little kid is on the ground uninterested in the parade and the parent is on the ladder catching stuff "for the kid". Get a life.

Man, what'd he do with all the money? Buy a used travel trailer? Or a tent?

He upgraded to an 8' ladder, of course.

When I was in Elks back in the 70's, I made it a point to never throw to people on ladders...
