i wouldn't call it a shelter, its basically a closet that i curl up in a fetal position. sometimes i put a football helmet on and steel toe boots.

any tropical cyclone requires a closed circulation at the surface.. regardless of wind speed.

the classifications are based on wind speeds, from depression on up to hurricane categories.

Hey this is just a PSA for the OT

Baton Rouge is basically out of rental vehicles. So if you needa evacuate and need some wheels, plan accordingly. SOmehow

Not sure where else they are going to tap for cars as there is still a waiting list for cars from the houston tax day flood
