Ralph Lauren are the only polos I wear unless I'm golfing and I'm not picky about golf shirts...whatever looks and feels good.

If Tommy Hilfiger is good enough for Chicken, then it's good enough for anybody.

Chaps polo shirts last forever and are only slightly more expensive than Izod. I like Ralph Lauren as well.

-Chaps
-Ralph Lauren
-Izod
-Nautica

Also, call me crazy but I think IZOD has the best Polo Shirts. You can was them a million times and they never shrink, fade or the collar never flips up, Plus they are cheap as hell

I agree. I have an izod polo i got almost 3 years ago and despite washing it with my jeans much of the time, it still looks new.

The only ones I really have are the Ralph Lauren soft feel or Nike Golf.

Good insight. I have +/- 10 RL Polo's that I have had 8-10 years that I still wear, they have held up really well. 2/3 have messed up collars, but the others are great.

The collars go bad on any shirt if you don't treat it properly. I wash in cold water, lightly dry, then shape and finish hang drying with the collar popped. I like Brooks Brothers, Tommy Bahama and Nike dri-fit but I am pushing 50 so you won't want to wear that shite.

I think my wife does something like that.

My shirts always look good.

I have a hunter green Chaps Polo that's about 10 yrs old that's my "favorite" shirt. I wear it a few times a month and it's still in good shape with no holes anywhere and all the seams are still perfect. Collar is still in good shape too and no missing buttons. I bought a few Express polo's that I didnt even get a year out of before they started developing small holes near the button flap. Pieces of shite.

Holy hell. I mean, my Nautica shirts usually last a couple years, and that's okay, because I treat them like shite and buy them on sale for like, 20 bucks.

I should take better care of polos though.

BB....and, yes, they run big.

I hate to say it, but Ralph Lauren knits are still pretty solid in fit and quality.

ETA: popping the collars while stored is huge. I have several Polo knits where the collar got messed up due to not popping them on the hangar.
