I'm a very big fan of Izod's slacks. I like their polo's too.

Although I don't get as much mileage out of them as I would like, I went with Izod khakis about 3 years ago for work and never looked back.

Did we ever get a ruling on this? I need a few more polos. I have some that I have been wearing since 2006, are regular polo shirts (small horse) still okay?

I love under armour stuff, but if I don't think it's quite as appropriate if I am not playing golf or at a football game.

If you're over 25, just go ahead and make the switch to mercerized cotton or non-cotton polos. They're more comfortable and versatile anyway.

I'm slowly acquiring Peter Millar and similar polos, and ditching the BB and others.

There are only two brands that fit well for me, Ralph Lauren Polo in a XLT and the Under Armour in the 2XL. i am 6'3 to 6'4 so the tall is the hard part for me to find and the 2XL in UA rest long enough and the XLT in Polo fits the best.

I love my southern tide shirts. They fit great. Good quality and last

But I have more BB and Ralph Lauren that hold up forever. I buy the slim fit in the BB and maybe a size lower if i remember correctly

Eta I'm 6'1 and about 170 and wear Med

There is something to be said for this. Cotton polos just don't hold up as long, especially if you don't properly launder them.
