Sick of this black and white shite! First of all, the league is about 80-90% black. Could be higher. Now lets complain about not enough black coaches, asst coaches, QB's, kickers, punters.....you get the point. Give it a F'ing rest. So glad you don't hear Spanish players or coaches bith!@#$ about not enough players or coaches in the league!

Worst rule in sports. It's shocking to think that it wasn't one of Goodell's idiotic initiatives.
ETA: I demand that the NFL require handicapped candidates to get interviewed as well. It's clearly not fair that only ethnic minorities get this special interview treatment.

I would interview the one black coach on our staff then promote him for six week in joe vitts spot. The maybe inview a cheerleader to mess with the nfl maybe even call edwards to mock him

What if the Saints ask Herm to come in for an interview and he declines to come? I think the Rooney rule should simply be an opportunity for an interview, it's not the Saints fault if the guy doesn't want the position.
