It sort of seems that Jimmy is reveling in his own super stardom. He needs to have some humility. This is a team sport after all.

Yeah it's a dumb as all shite rule, but costing your team 15 yards on purpose is dumb. It doesn't bother me much in preseason, but I might lose my shite if he does it during the season.

I still don't understand why they didn't make it a penalty only if the game has to be stopped to adjust the goalposts after.

He should match whatever fine he gets in a donation to a charity. Then challenge Goodell to match it. Preseason only of course, unless we are 3 TD up on the Falcons in the regular season.
