We've had under 30 once under Payton (and that was 28 so not far under).
Smart money is taking the over on 30. 33 is probably where the over under should be set (4 seasons over, 4 under, and 2 at 30).

Hope your right but our LB's are average at best and our secondary is below average. So in order to pressure the QB, our D line will have to play lights out or we will blitz like crazy..... And we have all seen the results of the latter.
I hate to say it, but I think we finish in bottom 5 of defense in the league again. Our record will be somewhere around 6-10 .... 7-9
