You know I'm not a "sky is falling" guy. I just don't know how you already start giving up next year's draft to move up and take a guy who (according to Mayock) has no chance of contributing this year and has no chance of making the practice squad if you cut him because somebody will claim him.

he'll eventually play on the inside... having Fairley for a year gives us time to develop this dude... it's risky, but makes more sense than the Grayson pick from last year, so everyone chill out...

Zero reason to trade up to pick him. No one was taking him. Doesn't mean he won't be able to play. Just idiotic to make that trade and move up for a guy that you could take later.

NFL.com has him going around now, so maybe those guys are just idiots? Like I've said we've talked about him on here for awhile. He will be a training camp darling.

how in the hell would anyone HERE know that?? Philly was the only other team i've seen mentioned with his name, along with us, but no one would know that info... it's all speculation as to how high teams have people on their board

Again, NFL.com said he would go in the middle rounds. The Eagles loved him too. If they like him, go get him.
