Zero reason to trade up to pick him. No one was taking him. Doesn't mean he won't be able to play. Just idiotic to make that trade and move up for a guy that you could take later.

Holy shite you're a fricking idiot.

You need a time out from life. Go off in the corner and think about what you just posted.

As a University of Manitoba season ticket holder, I can tell you that Onyamama, as we Bison fans like to call him, will be a Saints Hall of Famer and it will be evident by the middle of THIS year. First round talent.

Was he really not going to be available in the 5th?

Was the trade up necessary?

You can't possibly know this. If we liked him, chances are at least another team did too. And just because you or I and the NFL Network didn't know him, doesn't mean he's not know. shite, ESPN was ready with the video. At it looked more impressive than Billings', although against must worse competition. He's clearly more versatile than Billings.

Now, the not taking a guard so far is interesting.

His upside is off the charts. Just insane upside.

Super raw. It will take him awhile to learn big time football.

I think he will play though. Put him in a obvious passing situation a few times a game.

Why so angry brah?

not angry at all... but everyone rushes to judgement because he's not a household name, or it's not the guy they wanted the Saints to pick... so automatically he's a shite player and we are functionally retarded in the FO...

it just gets old.... the whining... the couch cushion GMs that act like petulant children that don't get their way...

at least let the man prove on the field whether he's any good or not...

» Manitoba DL Ebuka Onyemata: He's got a big-time body. He's listed 6-4, 300, he has no idea what he's doing yet, but he's got size and he's got movement skills. He's very raw, but he's got an ability to turn into something. A few years ago, Akiem Hicks from Canada was in this game and became a third-round pick. I'm not saying (Onyemata) is a third-round pick, but he's got talent and movement skills, and some team is going to want to develop that.

They mostly talked about how insane his numbers are and how difficult it's been for him to start playing football for the first time in a new country.

They like his perseverance, attitude, and intelligence.

Manitoba defensive end Ebuka Onyemata had a nice start to the week. He beat Nebraska tackle Alex Lewis with speed around the corner and then won on a vigorous bull rush in the rematch. Onyemata caused some conversation from the scouts with those reps. South Carolina defensive end Gerald Dixon Jr. was another pass-rusher who flashed
