Boston fans are all pretty upset that we are stealing Erman. They credit him for their defensive turn around, scouting, and helping Marcus Smart work on his game. Some are actually kind of pissed.
Warriors fans have pretty much nothing but good things to say as well.

Yeah I'm really excited
This IMO could be even bigger than the HC hire itself. The upgrade from ayers to baby thibs is astronomical. Gentry lets his assistants do their job and and that's a big plus.
This should quell most of the quips about AG.
(sidenote: maybe jae crowder becomes a possibility?)

Interesting: Boston was 5th in pace and had the 12th ranked defense with ZERO rim protection.
He uses analytics as well(he worked with barnes on defense first thing as he was the worst rated defender on Synergy)
