I know. But, you just start trying to pull stuff out of thin air with trades and whatnot. Probably won't work, but try everything to get that dude.

New Coach. Maybe Thibs. Maybe an elite assistant like Ron Adams.

A competent SF like Demarre Carroll.

A trade for a Center that is average on D and can actually dunk and fricking catch.

Legit vet depth added even more.

Someone that is tough and talks some shite ala Paul Pierce. Nobody in our team has swagger.

If Monty is fired, hire Thibs.
Upgrade at either starting or backup 5. Need more rebounding and low post scoring.
Upgrade the 3 position if possible. Not the end of the world if we stick with Q and Dante.
Get everyone healthy.

Danny Green and Robin Lopez would be a huge off-season.

Lopez was moved because Monty said he didn't fit his "defensive scheme". Apparently nobody fits his scheme...

Legitimate wants:
Trade Tyreke/Ryno for Carroll or Batum
Sign Danny Green after EG opts out or extend EG to a cheaper contract.
Sign Asik to a 3yr/27mil contract max.
Fire Monty

Have Holiday and Anderson come back healthy

I'd love to get DeMarre Carroll but I think he'll be out of our price range. For the most part I'm happy bringing this roster back with an eye towards mid season trades and cap space in 2016.

Sign Asik to a 1 year deal or a long term deal cheap enough to be easy to trade or comfortable to keep.

Before he ruptured his Achilles I was wishing for a 3 way trade involving Gordon for Wesley Matthews. I'd still be tempted to do that.

Sign Cole to a deal similar to Pondexter 4/$12-$14

Sign Ajinca to something like 2/$5-$7 with the 2nd year being a team option.

Use the MLE to get someone on a good value deal. I don't think we can get the guy we need with the MLE therefore our MLE needs to be a very tradeable contract.

Resign Cunningham cheap if we don't get his replacement with the MLE. I'd bring him back cheap anyway, I'm just not sure he'd take a cheap deal to be 3rd on the depth chart, technically 4th when you consider how often we run 3 guard lineups.

I know he will be obviously, but after a loss like this are guys like Jimmer and Douglas officially off the team. Do they boot them right away from facilities and everything? Just curious how that works.

Isn't he going to be 3rd most places anyway?
