Maybe it's for an assistant role, or could be one of those favor interviews so down the line it looks like he's a legit HC candidate. Someone posted how many guys we've signed, even 10 day guys, that share an agent with AD and I think it's safe to say that Demps values relationships with certain agents.

I know it's unlikely, but if we ended up hiring Floyd, I'd send a box of my own shite to each poster who begged for Monty to be fired.

Hopefully...

There's NOTHING about that guy that screams head coach. He's been around the nba all his life, an assistant half his adult life, and the only sniff he's gotten was when his dad let him coach a few games. Out of ALL the people mentioned, there's not a guy i'd want less. Plus, he looks way too much like Amin Elhassan, who I can't stand. Maybe the last part's a personal issue.

I do not. As a functioning adult, I don't use Twitter.

There were a few random tweets yesterday about Stephen Silas being at the facility and having dinner with Mickey Loomis.

unless there is a little blue check next to the guy's name on twitter, don't post it here.

Izzo would be interesting but he's already 60. Hoiberg would be awesome.

I don't know about rumors but the more I hear about Thibodeau the less I like this idea.

For #1 Chicago is likely going to strong arm any team that want's him. I wouldn't give up anything to get the next coach.

#2, I hear defensive minded coach that gets stale on the offensive end and sometimes doesn't have good rotations. I'm getting that feeling that I've seen that movie before.

#3 That's about all I got.

ETA: Pretty anti-climatic for a 1000th post.

There were a few random tweets yesterday about Stephen Silas being at the facility and having dinner with Mickey Loomis. Suddenly he's in the BSS coach bracket. I believe he replaced Adrian Griffin, who isn't in there anymore. This is the biggest hire in the history of this franchise. If they fired Monty to replace him with the coaching version of Austin Rivers..................RAGE!
That would be an embarrassing joke.

Id be very happy if we got Gentry. He may be a little old, but watching offense like this on a nightly base would make me bust a nut

But would we win? He has had one good season in his head coaching career. Pass.
