Whoever we get needs to get some high level assistants. If you get an offensive guy you need to make someone like Mike Malone the lead Assistant

The thought of settling for Gentry makes me sick to my stomach. Gentry is a good assistant....nothing more and nothing less.

The brain trust needs to think out the box and not go the "has been" route.

Thinking outside the box can be great for a rebuilding team. In this particular instance, though, the team has to get it right with this hire. There is no room for error and there probably won't be a chance (with AD) to correct the mistake a couple of years from now.
